How is Aditya Birla a big part in my life?
Being a Bengalee, Durga Puja is the biggest festival we celebrate. During the five days of durga puja, we have a custom of wearing new clothes every day. We start our shopping around 1 month before the puja begins. And for me personally, Pantaloons is the one stop place to buy all my garments. Aditya Birla Group operates the multi brand fashion retail chain Pantaloons which it acquired from Future Group. In 2015 Pantaloons Fashion and Retail announced change in its name to ‘Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd’. There are several other brands like Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Peter England, Van Heusen which come under the Aditya Birla Group. These are the most preferred brands which I follow to buy any clothes, not just during the durga puja but throughout the year before any occasions.
Apart from fashion garments, Aditya Birla group also owns Vodafone cellular network which I use on a daily basis. The network coverage of Vodafone is probably the best in the country.
India’s largest cement company, UltraTech Cement also operates under the Aditya Birla Group. UltraTech cement is a very well known name in every household in India and most people prefer this brand while constructing their houses or for any other work.
Hence, I can say that Aditya Birla Group plays a large part in my daily life.

How did I overcome challenges in my life?
Life is full of challenges. The way we overcome those challenges finally makes us into whatever we grow up to become. Similarly, I have faced quite a lot of challenges in my life so far. I had a stammering problem in my youth days and sometimes it was pretty horrible. I used to be absolutely scared during any public speaking events at my school. I have seen people laughing at me, I have seen people treating me with pity. However slowly through exercises and strong determination, I could gather the confidence to speak publicly without any fumbling. I took one step at a time and made sure that I don’t get nervous thinking about my past experiences. In 2017, before my first job interview I was very scared however I pulled myself up and had a very good interview and even got selected for the company. At present, I am studying at Indian Institute of Mangement Bodh Gaya and I can safely say that I have put those days of horror behind me and have become more confident about everything in my life.
