WHY ADITYA BIRLA GROUP IS BIG IN YOUR LIFE
We always refer something big in our life, as it means so much or something which plays a valuable role in our day to day life. In this sense, Aditya Birla Group plays a major valuable role in my day to day life. Aditya Birla groups are into wide variety of fields like telecommunication, textiles, fashion and financial services. As a fashion enthusiast, Pantloons, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England will be my priority option for clothing. I have been a long-time customer of Vodafone – Idea and it really made my life easy. In many occasions, It helped me to connect with my family in friends from remote areas too. And it provided me a seem less service without any hindrance in the service. My family is in to the builder’s industry and majority of the request from our customers is to use Ultra Tech cement. So, its clearly visible that people prefer Aditya Birla group products in their vital decisions. Aditya Birla group’s supermarket “More For You” played a vital role in my family as it was located just next to my home. So, for the past 10 years, our daily groceries are procured from this supermarket. Birla stood tall as it came for education. Birla owned BITS Pilani, has been a major choice by students at national wide. It has been always a next preference to IITs and NITs of India. Even I was inspired to be a student of this prestigious institute.PART B
HOW YOU OVERCAME CHALLENGES TO ACHIEVE YOUR AMBITIONS IN LIFE SO FAR
I had faced major hurdle while I was preparing for CAT exam. I took decision to study management studies at the age of 24. People around me had demotivated me about my decision for shift in my field. Even my relations bothered me a lot. But I overcame their perceptions and really worked hard for a brief period. As I was shortlisted for the interview of IIM Kashipur, my dad fell sick and was admitted in hospital under emergency. I was with him for 4 days continuously and attended the interview on day 5. But its my mental strength which helped me to be confident and helped me to got over the line and get landed in IIM Kashipur. Things had been very hectic as I joined IIM Kashipur. As I was from TamilNadu and don’t have proficiency in language Hindi, I had a very hard time in the beginning. It came out to be that I am the only student in the class who doesn’t understand Hindi. I felt left out from most of my class discussion and even in decision making. I even consulted a psychiatrist to overcome my depression. But later I found a way to overcome this depression and I began to interact with other linguistic population. Still now I am not so proficient with language Hindi, but I learnt to communicate with them, engage with them and also to party with them.
