To add to this, I would like to share a small anecdote of my life.
Three years ago, my friends and I were on a trip to Coorg and its nearby villages in Karnataka state. Fate had its plan and there was a heavy downpour in the month of November and became an obstacle to our three-day itinerary. Adding to this, all my friends slowly started to lose their network connections and we were stuck in the cottage in a village close to the city of Coorg where we were staying due to the heavy rain. It was at that time Idea came to our rescue. Even though we were staying a little far from the city and in a very remote area, I was able to get the network and was able to inform our situation to friends and family. We were able to call our hotel managers and informed them beforehand of our situation and planned our entire trip again. It was then I realized the network reach of Idea in India. Experiences like these are once in a lifetime and I feel having a reliable network helped us in every way possible in those three days.
