Part A
Aditya Birla Group is one of the Premium Global conglomerates founded by
Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in
1857. Since then, it has transformed millions of lives all around the world. One of my childhood memories was the construction of our house using
Ultratech Cement and
Steel Rods. As I grew up, I started using Idea sim, which is now merged with Vodafone and become the most subscribed company in the Indian telecom industry. I shop from
Pantaloons which is famous for multiband clothing. Van Heusen, Louis Phillips, Peter England, and Allen Solly are some brands from where I bought cloths frequently. I also bought
Versace Sunglass from the Collective Store. From undergarments (Van Heusen) to shoes, my whole attire is influenced by
ABG. I also gifted my father a t-shirt of
Ralph Lauren which
is a
premium clothing brand.
Apart from these, our groceries come from
MORE. Even foods, which I bought from restaurants comes in the aluminium foil of
Freshwrapp. Aditya Birla Group is influencing my life not only in direct way but also indirectly by supplying materials to the construction companies who are responsible for numerous roads and bridges.
Aditya Birla Group is connected to people’s life because of their versatility. Numerous companies come under it such as Aditya Birla Chemical in Chemical industry, Aditya Birla Capital limited in Insurance and Financing sector, Birla Carbon (manufacturing and supply of carbon black additives) and many more. It is one of the top fortune 500 companies. Aditya Birla Group served our nation from over 150 years and will continue to serve in the future.

Everyone’s life is filled with challenges and like everyone else, I too have faced many challenges. I learned from my mistakes in which I have failed. The challenges in which I succeeded are only because of my dedication, hard work, passion, and perseverance. My never say die attitude helped me to overcome those challenges. One of the challenges I overcome was lifting 185 Kg deadlift because I was trying to lift from more than a year and tried 44 times but every single time, I was moving inch by inch towards my goal. After I succeed, I found that you must win the battle against your mind not against your body. Another situation came before I started my business. My CTCP machine comes at midnight from Surat but due to miscalculation, we were not able to set up in my office. It was a rainy day, and my responsibility was to set it up within night otherwise my whole investment would go into the drain. We tried in a different way to put, but it was damaging the machine. I was afraid as my father was in the hospital and the whole responsibility was on me. At that time, I just wanted to get a machine placed. Finally, I was able to land machine properly without damaging it, but it came with the price of damaging property, but it was worth trade-off. I also got admission in NMIMS because of my persistence as I was writing the exam from the past four years. Some of the key areas where I overcome is study, fitness, health and apart from this, in my professional life creating a customer base, getting rid of bad debts and creating brand Loyalty.
