Coming from a small town, Chittorgarh, where not everyone is exposed to the all round development of personality, I had the privilege of studying in The Aditya Birla Public School where my learning was so much so that I was far ahead of everyone who was exposed to the opportunities and environment of big cities.
I knew Aditya Birla Group before I even knew what is meant by a company! I have spent a good 10 years of my life in the premises of UltraTech colony where my school was. So, Aditya Birla for me carries sentimental values attached to it along with the service that it had been providing me with.
Big is all about survival. Aditya Birla Group has played a big role in earning bread and butter for my family. My father had a unit for the production of white coal. UltraTech is known for its sustainable development practices was one of our major consumers.
Big is all about your personality. Your appearance does speak about your personality to a certain extent. People and Allen Solly have been the go-to place for me to buy all the apparels needed majorly because it does suit my personality.
Aditya Birla Group has been a major contributor to the life that I lead now and that which I will lead in the future. It will forever be close to my heart as it is for a million others.

‘How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far’.
The very first challenge that I had overcome in my life was over academics.
I performed extremely poor in my 2nd grade so much so that my parents decided to change my school. I could never understand what words or sentences in my textbooks actually meant. Eventually, with the help of my mother, I picked up the pace and understood where I was going wrong. Being a small kid, I used to wake up at 4 to read books outside my course structure in order to develop interest. Over the years, I performed excellently in academics and ended up being the district topper for both the board exams.
Further, I took admission in Christ College, Bangalore for studying B.com Honors. That was the first time that I moved out of my comfort zone in terms of living day to day life. Bangalore having the cosmo crowd that it has, was intimidating for me despite the fact that I knew that I was above average.
Seeping into the college culture was a task for me because my interests were usually not in line with that of others and breaking ice was a huge challenge for me. I started taking baby steps towards expressing my point of views, opinions, took part in fests, did theatre only so that I could seep into the college realms and have a fulfilled learning through the three years of my college. Being an introvert doing everything that I did was a huge challenge that I overcame.
Further, when it came to placements, for some reason I got rejected by two companies and not many companies used to come for the profile that I wanted. I did certifications in order to build my resume better, worked day in and day out on everything possible. Eventually ended up bagging the most sought after profile that was offered in my college.
Life is not a bed of roses for sure. There will always be challenges but every cloud has a silver lining!
