CAT 2015 will be conducted only in 2 slots in one day. We have been expecting this change based on
this interview 2 years back. Our prediction is that it will move (probably as soon as next year) towards a single slot window like the good old days except that it will be online and not in the paper pencil format.
This is even better news for people crying against normalization. The normalization was demolished last year anyway with 4 slots and we had
explained it last year. With 2 slots it gets even better.
CAT 2015 notification will be out on July 26th, 2015. There is news that the pattern will change again to make the test suitable for all kinds of candidates and not just the engineers.
