Aditya Birla group is premium global multinational conglomerate that has its hands in a large no of industry which ranges from construction to even fashion . Started in 1857 it now operates in 37 different countries with its main headquarters in worli Mumbai India . It is one of those companies that has grown a great deal in such a short period of time in such an effective manner . One product of ABG that I hold very dear to my heart is the idea cellular . Recently idea and Vodafone combined their forces to make a larger empire , making it very hard for all the other telecommunication services to bet them .This merger cuts down a lot of their cost of operation . Being a very shy introvert the ABG has allowed and encouraged me to come out of my shell with their various fashion lines which include pantaloons and lifestyle .It gave me the courage to show people my true self and express my personality with the way I dressed . Being a small kid I always loved go with my mom for our monthly grocery shopping . And this was another way ABG help me connect with my mother. Their very famous product which is their cement has helped build not only strong buildings and houses that can withstand any climate but also has lend a hand to create unbreakable bonds.
Being an NRI protected under my parents wings one of the greatest challenges that I had to face was to separate from them and come to India to do my undergrad. We live such a sheltered life , covered from all harms way , not having to deal with any obstacle to face. Coming to Kerala it was hard to deal with the different cultured people . The various skills u need to poses to live ur life alone without any supervision was hard to understand and even acquire. The one thing I relied on during all this hardship was the fact that I had an idea sim that allowed me to keep constant contact with my parents . I did my undergrad in BTech because at that point in time it seemed like the best choice that an 18 year old could make when she really did not know what she wanted to do with her life . The next four years was a journey to discover what my passion was and what I wanted to be and how I should attain it . With the various programs that happened in college I came to a conclusion that I was a person who loved to plan and organise events and I had a way to handle people and help them reach their full potential . Plus I was a avid traveller . I loved to explore new places and new things . I naturally came to the conclusion to do my post graduation in MBA HR which naturally help me combine the two things I was passionate about . MBA is my ticket to getting a high paying good job , that will help me save up enough money that will allow me to travel different parts of the globe and to experience new things . We all stand a junction in our life where we really don’t know what we are to doing with our life’s and what we want to do . The one thing I learned was that when one door closes another opens . In the end we will always find out where our heart lies and what we need to attain it . We just need to keep the perseverance.
