After spending a span of nineteenth months in India’s biggest software giant, I was really excited to become a part of the esteemed Business Management programme of XIMB. As an abecedarian in this field, I was really anxious about how rigorous life will be in the next two years. Ultimately the day came when I got the opportunity to face the real classroom challenge of a School. It's laudable to say the infrastructure provided by the college could easily give the ABC’s a run for their money. Before the classes started, got to know my peers from diverse academic backgrounds, having work experience in almost all sectors from the oil industry to Event management. Unlike Btech, the best thing I liked about the professors was their diligence and passion towards the field of teaching, thus forming the backbone of this college. Learnt about a lot of business jargons from various domains like Marketing, Financial Management, Statistics on the first day itself gave me the zeal to strive towards achieving my goals. The cynosure of this institute has been its teaching pedagogy, the way marketing is taught to us using Harvard Case Studies, which not only enhances our business acumen but strengthens our real-life case study solving ability. Overall it was a magnificent experience which I will cherish throughout my life. Thank You, XIMB
Which ABG company would I want to work for?
Right from the day, I have decided to pursue marketing as my career IDEA CELLUAR was on the topmost rank of my priority list. The main reason of working in IDEA is that I am eagerly interested in acquiring the knowledge of how various tools of marketing like 4P ’s, PESTEL analysis, competitors analysis can be applied in this telecom sector and how marketing can be used to strengthen revenue and customer loyalty in this sector.
