A few years ago, after the completion of my graduation, my father advised me to do MBA but I was adamant about taking up a job. After joining the organization, I developed an interest in the area of Human resources (Not particularly MBA). By the end of the year 2017, I started my preparations for MBA entrance examinations and after months of hard work, found myself attending the GD-PI process.
I had my interview for XAHR on 14th March, where I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by the most senior faculty at XAHR. That was the time when I decided that, I will be going for XAHR if I get selected. I just realized that there was a time when I repeatedly remembered the interview through mental stimulation and thought this or that would have been better or I could have said that!
Tough times!!!
I think the tough time flies faster than the good times such as has been in my case. One fine day, I received the offer letter from Xavier School of HRM and if I draw a graph of my life before I joined engineering everything would fall flat. So, this opportunity lying right in front of me, threw a challenge at me, which I gladly accepted.
Coming to the beautiful lush green campus of XAHR, It is one of the most beautiful campuses that I have ever seen. For an MBA aspirant like me who have always wanted to be in the open field full of opportunities, the XAHR is a perfect platform. It has been 20 days since I have arrived here and I can feel myself settling right into its rigorous curriculum and bracing myself for many more to come. The most beautiful thing about this campus is its liveliness and the competitiveness of the students.
Now Being a student of XAHR I can see the pride in my father’s eyes and the smile on my mother’s face when she realizes that I will be completing my MBA from the XAHR.
Thank you XAHR for providing me with this platform.
Which ABG Company would you want to work for and why?
It would be a great experience for me to work for Hindalco Industries limited of Aditya Birla group, as they are working in the sector of Agribusiness and being a graduate in Biotechnology it has always been my field of interest. So being an HR manager for them, I can understand the business process easily and I will be able to relate it to my prior knowledge of the Agribusiness sector. Hindalco has operating facilities across eleven states of India, which will provide the exposure and diversity for the advancement in my career.
