Delphique 2014, the Management Convention Festival of MDI, Gurgaon, in association with numerous big organizations has launched various research panels this year. Last year, Delphique partnered with Encyclopedia Britannica to carry out a research for them. The extensive research was carried out through different geographic locations across India and the results, if properly utilized, intended to change the face of Indian education system.
The association with Encyclopedia Britannica proved to be very rewarding and so for 2nd consecutive year, Encyclopedia Britannica has partnered with Delphique for the Marketing Panel. The topic for this year is “Research on the usage of internet and other reference resources by students in curricular and co-curricular learning in middle and secondary education in India.” Mr.Amit Kapoor, Digital Learning, South Asia at Encyclopedia Britannica shall be guiding the students for the research. The objectives of this Panel are to examine the adequacy of middle and secondary level students while using internet learning and the current usage of internet by students as against use of library and other sources including the reliability of content on internet. The role of parents and teachers shall also be analysed by capturing their reaction on usage of internet by students and authenticity of content available on internet.
