Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life
It all starts with a dream, A dream to become something, to become the best version of yourself. The path to achieving that it never simple and easy. This one is to the haters to the doubters to everyone who ever told anyone with a dream that they Can’t. This is to let you know Do what you can’t do.
When I was a kid, I was the daydreamer who finds this very big world tiny one where everyone is keeping their head down and doing something which all are doing willing or not willingly. Time flies you meet people with different individual and you get to know that all are on the same page doing something which they don’t like. Most of us are not risking enough to contribute something more to the society rather than keeping your heads down and working on the same old designed structure. This generation has much more power to change society but is bound with their fears.
It was the time in 2006, we were driving along on this hot dessert of Rajasthan and stopped at a house “ BIRLA HAVELI “, the thing which inspired me was this is the place where a man’s thinking came out of that desert to start a green and industrial revolution where thoughts meet action plan. The journey started from Shiv Narayan Birla a small cotton trader in 1860 with a vision to empower the idea to the different markets where It’s within India or outside of India. Thoughts came together to create one of the largest group i.e “ Aditya Birla Group “.They connected people by India’s 2 nd highest telecom operator Vodafone idea limited they helped them to build a strong foundation to live with Ultra tech cement, India’s largest cement co. alongside operating as a one of the big fashion firm Pantaloons. They didn’t stop here going abroad starting various industry whether it’s AV group, the biggest manufacturer of carbon black, Novelis Inc. and many more. All of that was possible due to a person strong determination and a dream to contribute to society.
All of this inspires each one of us to dream big and work hard no one can’t stop to achieve that rather than you we are key to our success and failures keeping in mind the hard work and looking up to the Birla Group.
How i have overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far
Life is just organized chaos which we characterize. It all started with a goal, a dream to achieve it which requires an intent to accomplish. The path to get the desired goal is never straight, it comes up with many obstacles, many twists and turns to check if you are worth that or not.
In my life, I was an average student who enjoys staring at the wall better than staring at the blackboard thinking always why they are making us read all the same thing when we are different. All the things are going fine until the renowned peer pressure exam 12th came into picture and at the same duration my asthma kicks in at max taking each of the last moment time which I had, next thing which I remember was lying on the hospital bed breathing in with the help of the oxygen mask but that felt
like it was choking me with the failure of not competing not able to go there and at least give my best try resulting a devastating score which no one thought of. The after-effects were further depressing as most of the organization didn’t find me above their standard parameters of marks. The worst part was they won’t be using what I learned from 12th in their office they will be training and then making us do their job indirectly I was not the one which they wanted.
Life is all about moving on which I did I was keen on the MBA degree; I gave my cat exam cleared a few good college cutoffs and then got rejected by them for the same thing. By this time, I knew what and why they are rejecting I pick myself up worked hard for 2 years added some other points to prove am not a looser and then made it to the batch of top 130 HR students of India in a top college name XAHR who rejected me 2 years ago. All these things made me realize everything happens for a reason and your hard work always pays off. There is nothing in this world that can stop us from achieving unless and until it is us.
