Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
During my childhood, I heard regarding three major industrialists, i.e. TATA’s, Birla’s and Ambani’s. Having no idea about their companies, only seen iron bucket of Tata. I had no idea what Birla’s and Ambani’s do? What they produce? And how big they in our lives?
By creative TV commercials, I got to know about UltraTech cement being a part of
Aditya Birla Group, then Idea Network, Hindalco and many products which unveils its identity in my mind. Being the third largest Indian private sector conglomerate with a revenue of US$44.3 billion, serving Eight sectors and having 47 brands, has a major impact in our lives.

How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?
I come from lower middle class, agricultural family and I knew from the beginning that I have to fight for everything I want to achieve. When you have nothing to lose, you only want to go upwards only. I did the same, I have motivated myself to work hard and perform well in schools, colleges and even work, I had no choice to back out or under perform as I knew there was no safety net for me. It was very limited amount of money to spend, many responsibilities towards family. These things motivated to do hard work and be perseverance until I achieve what I thrive. “Don’t get fear of losing be greater than excitement of winning.” Life has not been simple for me, but it makes me stronger day by day. After doing B.Tech from NIT Surathkal, I was working with JSW Steel, and I wanted to pursue MBA but could not, due to family reasons. I waited Five years working with JSW Steel just to support my family, and then cleared CAT, IIFT, SNAP and other exams in first attempt. I joined IIFT after five years of work experience, and I don’t have any regrets, and I am ready to take this challenge and take a step forward to shape my future.
“
Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey.”
“
Difficulty strengthen the mind, as labor does the body.”
I have overcome challenges I had faced by being positive and motivated towards life, as there is only one chance we get, and we have to take most out of it.
