“Siddhi Moolam Prabandhanam” i.e. the root of all achievement is Management, IIM Indore will be conglomerating the implementers of the belief at its campus on 12th & 13th August in its first series of “
Prabodhan” – a HR & Leadership Conclave.
The Institute is geared up to witness its first mega event of the current calendar year that will bring kingpins impersonating the complete spectrum of the industry to a common pulpit.
The Conclave aims to engage well-known Business leaders and HR Heads, and capitalize on their expertise in the emerging trends and challenges in the arena of Human Capital Management.
A brain child of EPGP class of 2017, “Prabodhan”, a Sanskrit word meaning “Enlightenment”, is a two-day mega event being organised after the phenomenal success of EPGP iKon and IIMIKON series aimed at fostering connections with Industry and Alums respectively. The conclave aims to bolster the industry-academia connect by facilitating open exchange of perspectives between Institute’s renowned Professors and Leaders from industry. The event will start on 12
th August’16 with the welcome address by Prof. Rishikesha T. Krishnan, Director-IIM Indore. The welcome address will be followed by the opening remarks of Mr Kamal Bali
, MD Volvo India. Mr Bali will put forward his views on “Transforming India and role which HR can play in it”.
The Talk sessions will be bestowed by the perspectives of distinguished guests from the Industry, and will cover wide span of issues such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Talent Acquisition Dilemma, Managing Disruptions etc.
The event is all set to witness incisive & compendious panel discussions, stimulating interactions, and debate that will encompass various critical subjects of contemporary HR issues & challenges such as -

The Conclave will be culminated on 13
th August with the valedictory remarks from the Guest of Honour Mr. Y V Verma & closing remarks by Prof. Prashant Salwan, Chairperson EPGP, IIM Indore.
