Celebrations and cheers continue to be written time and again in the cultural activities at IIM Udaipur. And the week saw a new addition in IIMU’s activities horizon with the second edition of the eagerly awaited food festival, The Food Fiesta - 2014 organized from 2nd – 6th March2014. Students at IIMU strive to maintain a fine balance between academics and the co-curricular activities. The essence of sharing, joy, happiness and the spirit of celebrations are revered in this five day long festival jointly organized by Culcomm – The Cultural Committee of IIM Udaipur and Messcomm – The Mess Committee of IIM Udaipur.

Day 1 : Bengali Cuisine

The student members of each clubs as well as volunteer representatives work in collaboration to help the staff prepare sumptuous delicacies covering the cuisines of different parts of India. All the five days see a different theme and the students leading the way for a day dress up accordingly, present dance and musical numbers pertaining to the theme.

Day 2 : Rajasthani Cuisine

The flavor of the food is enhanced by the hospitality and the culture where the PGP-1s serve the food to their seniors, PGP-2s and the PGPX students along with the faculty.

Day 3 : Gujarati and Maharashtrian Cuisine

The sweets, dances, music, decorations and the enthusiastic involvement by the staff, students and the faculty made the festival successful.

Day 4 : South Indian Cuisine

IRISThe Photography Club of IIM Udaipur helped in capturing the glimpse of the festival.

Day 5 : Awadhi and Punjabi Cuisine
