From shy to talkative...
Life is like a roller coaster ride. It is full of lows and highs. What makes it worth living is how you enjoy your highs and how you handle your lows. If I were to describe myself in my early school days, I would probably say that I was the nerd of the class. With books in my hand and having a few people to talk to. I being the studious kid, was always found studying.
When I got admitted in one of India's most prestigious college, I had made up my mind to change myself. I was determined to lose my shell and learn new things. Determined I went to the first day to my college with a plan ready of talking to every person or at least smile at everyone I came across. I still have the vivid memory of that day in my head, how great I felt after connecting to new people. It made me understand the value of talking to different people, the amount of knowledge you gain and how fresh you feel.
It was since that day, I was sure that this is a practice that I am going to follow in my life and so I did. It was something that changed my life. It was my journey from being a shy girl who was all by herself to the girl that talked to everyone in college. To some it might not seem a great challenge but for me it was the greatest challenge I faced because I did not have to face anyone else but face myself, change myself.

The idea network has made my life so much easier. I did not realize its importance until I got an admission at IIM Visakhapatnam where I am staying away from my parents for the first time. It helps me connect to them, video call them, talk to them with so much clarity. Aditya Birla Group of industries has been a part of my childhood from their Freshwrapp wrapped in my lunch box to now wearing their properly fitted formals and giving a presentation in the class.
My respect for them grew even more when I recently found that they recycle 65 billion cans every year. They provide a huge amount of money for the betterment of the country and the people. Their CSR activities are worth of being proud of.
A company with such a diverse profile making a difference in my life since childhood is something I will be loyal to for my entire life.
