You get a glimpse of various clubs and committee which will soon be an important part of the Mandevian life. The days start early in the morning and various deadlines do not let you sleep till midnight. It is a completely new experience where you get to meet the dynamic personalities belonging to the corporate world. You get to hear inspiring stories of mobile launches in retails like Flipkart.
The grilling Induction ends with a warm welcome from the Director in form of the Director’s Dinner. It is followed by a big surprise. The seniors traditionally welcome the new batch by throwing water on them from the rooftop of mess – Change Masters. The strict seniors mix in between the new batch and everyone dances their heart out. It reenergizes the batch for many more hectic weeks to come.
In Gurgaon, within the boundaries of MDI, there is a whole new world. The world here never goes to sleep. You get an ample opportunity to explore and follow your passion. It is a common sight to see sports enthusiast playing basketball, volleyball or scoring sixes in cricket. The creative team is busy with designing t-shirts and making videos. It makes you learn to manage your responsibilities along with enjoying your life.
There are events like Mandevian Miles, KOK (Intersection sports fest) where complete batch comes up. You get to experience a complete new aura filled with enthusiasm and energy. Here at MDI, the goal of each and every student is improving not only oneself but uplifting along with your peers. The diverse group of students is often seen helping out each other with their not so familiar areas. Sharma, Library, Computer Centre popularly known as CC are the favorite hangout places. Even at midnight, people are enjoying the delicacies offered at Sharma. Each new day begins with an opportunity to learn and at the end of the day you see yourselves as a better version of your earlier self.

Being inclined towards finance domain of MBA, I would like to work in Aditya Birla Capital Limited. It is one of the largest financial services players in India. Hence it will enrich me with new learning in the area and help me implement the knowledge, I have gained during MBA.
