For me Aditya Birla Group has a great impact on my life from wearing apparels like Allen Solly, Louis Philippe and Peter England apart from these they have helped in IDEA cellular network in Ujjain area where there were problems with other cellular communication devices for making phone calls and in internet dongle connection, We had More Mega near our home where we lived which used to provide us day-day daily products and have given me discounts as being a former employee for Aditya Birla Group-Grasim Industries.The Journey For my family for ABG has a legacy of around 70 years which had started initially from my grandfather who was an ex president for Grasim Industries(Nagda) from 1964-1998 where even he got married in the same place this was the place where my father was born and had completed his high schooling from Aditya Birla School in a well maintained rich friendly eco-environment where later then even I was even born in theyear 1992 in their own hospital called Janseva. My father had worked for ABG-indogulf fertiliser in the year 1990 for about 5 years then got promoted to the same plant in Thailand ,this legacy which continued from my forefather’s made me eager and emotional to work for Aditya Birla Grasim industries in the year 2015-2018 as a mechanical maintenance engineer,where after work having a good work-life balance insisted employee’s to take part in various activities.They were having a tennis court ,in my whole life where I never played tennis got to play tennis after work. Every evening I used to go a gym which had a trained instructor, a cricket ground where after 4 months there used to be competitions and a grocery store of their own. Grasim Industries plant was situated in outskirts of Ujjain where development was not much, but because of this company there were lot of improvement for the people nearby where people from the villages used to come for health checkups in our own hospital.The Core competencies during my tenure in ABG such as Integrity, Commitment, Passion, Seamlessness and Speed which I have acquired among the years have helped me grow responsible and mature on my learning. I have made an impact on my working hours such as many innovations and Kaizens to improve product quality which is Viscose Staple Fibre(VSF) to overcome many quality issues such as Shirley,specks and faults and breakdown of machine to reduce Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF).By seeing my ambition they even promoted me to take responsibility for various preventive maintenance of machines and a role in project management for the erection of Multi Stage Evaporator in the year 2018.Working with this group was a stimulating and inspirational educational experience and would like to work again after acquiring an MBA degree.I would like to thank this organisation for supporting us and building families as you have done for other’sTHANK YOU!!!!
