From the establishment of Aditya Birla group in 1857 it is touching lives of many people through its products across the globe. In any sector present in society we will find one or two companies from ABG in that sector. The products of ABG serve various industries like construction, chemical, finance, mining , retail, textile, wind power etc.
If we talk about my experience with Aditya Birla group’s telephone network ,it is one of the best telecom network I came across all my life. Being an electronics engineer and having telecom background I find idea’s telecom network very fast, time saving and affordable. The area coverage by idea was very vast. It was idea that helped me during my CAT exam preparation as well as my CET exam preparation. I am using idea SIM card from past 10 years and I never felt dissatisfied by the customer service provided by idea. It was idea that forced other telecom companies to improve their quality to remain in market, it was idea who brought affordable 4g service in India. Idea recently also partnered with Citi Bank to
launch a unique offer wherein subscribers can get year-long data and calling benefits. Citi Bank credit card offer requires Idea users to apply for a credit card on the Idea website, and spend Rs. 4,000 on it within 30 days of getting the card. These customers will then be eligible to get 1.5GB daily data and unlimited calling benefits for a validity of 365 days. This new offer is only applicable to Idea prepaid subscribers, and isn't live yet for Vodafone subscribers.
This is how idea of ABG group helped me during my tough time and I will always be thankful to ABG group for entering in telecom sector.
