Aditya Birla Group is one of the India’s largest conglomerate doing business in various industries in India as well as globally. It has diversified its assets in various corners such as producing, manufacturing, assembling and products that reaches to corporations as well as to end consumers. Other than this mass business structure, it also has many branches dealing with other aspects that a company must dwell into. One such example is the ABGLP (Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs) that aims at building future generation leaders that have the potential to use their skills in such a way that promotes the enterprise to next level. One such product that has always fascinated me that is used regularly by the public as well as other enterprises i.e. Tyres. Aditya birla group manufatures Carbon Black which is further used in the manufacturing of tyres. Almost all the tyres that we see and use today uses this vital component in their tyres. One of the major composition that is used by the tyre manufacturers is this carbon black. It has many benefits and the most beneficial aspect of this material is that it provides the grip and safety assurance for all the drives. This provides a sterdy structure to the tyres. This component is also used in various othe rubber products and most of the other automotive machines such as bicycles or construction vehicles uses this to improve their stability and produce an efficient work. In other products carbon black is used as filler and sometimes as colour pigment helping in manufacturing ither such products. My family has been using vehicles for every aspect of their lifestyle. We were used to visit to our family riding in our car for as long as 600 kilometres. In such a long journey there are many instances which makes the journey very difficult safety wise. But most of  the time our journey ends safely due to the presence of strong tyres. I feel that the presence of carbon black in my tyres has saved me unintentionally in various instances which might have gone unnoticed. The strategy of company in different domains such as Marketing, Human Resources, Cost structure, self-management and Governance, Cross Utilization, Staffing, Compensation. Organization structure: There were three levels in People's initial organization structure included Burr, and seven other managing officers. Each provided line (flight-related) as well as staff (administrative) leadership for more than one of the many functional areas. Eight general managers, flight manager, a customer service manager, or a maintenance manager. Self-management and Governance:             People are to be "self-managed" and to participate in corporate governance, they have to contribute to policy-level decision making, through different councils and committees. To be self-managed, paraphrasing the company's written guidelines on self-management, was to set specific, challenging, but realistic objectives within the organizational context, to monitor and assess one's own performance, to invent and execute activities to remedy performance problems, exploiting opportunities for improved performance, and to actively seek the information, resources and/or assistance needed to achieve the performance objectives.
