It has molded itself according to contemporary lifestyles while standing up to what it believes in.
Since Aditya Birla Group has forayed into such different areas, it has been a part of my life too. Aditya Birla played that innings in my life, which was played by Jadeja in the semi-final match of India vs. New Zealand, 2019 world cup (Which helped me in the crucial stage of my life). It was on 4
th May 2019, the day when the interview of IIM Nagpur happened. And Guess what! I was wearing a van Heusen Tie. Before Going in for the interview panel, I loosened my tie as I was pretty nervous. As soon as I entered the interview panel, my tie had gained the attention of the interviewer as it was hanging loose. Naturally, they had asked me why my tie was like that? Do you know how to wear a tie? Please remove your tie and wear it again. And guess what, the first 7 minutes of my interview went on the tie itself, which I have explained them confidently. Those 7 minutes have boosted my confidence as I explained to them how to wear a tie. As we know, the first impression is the best impression van Heusen tie has helped me to make a good impression. So, Knowingly or unknowingly Aditya Birla Group had a crucial impromptu impact on my life.

How I overcame my challenges
One of the biggest challenges I faced was to prepare for CAT 2018; Given the time constraints, I had with my work. I worked in a project which involves frequent communication with my clients and work on building the code for them. I hardly used to get time for preparation. My home was 40 km away from my office, where I had to commute a total of 80 km, which roughly used to take 3 hrs of time per day.
Slowly as the time floated. I realized that I was lagging in time management, which is the key for anyone to succeed. I often used to complain that I did not get enough time, but the thing was that I also used to waste a lot of time in chit-chatting, social media, and doing some unproductive works. After all, It was a matter of priorities. I used to prepare a schedule for each day and strictly followed it at cost. I used to make use of those 3 hours of my commute to read books and articles online to improve my reading comprehension. It truly brought a lot of change in me and helped me to perform better under pressure.
We always complain about how we don’t get time in our life for something that we want to do. But when we reflect upon our daily life, we realize there is so much of time. All we need is proper time management.
