Let’s say you’re currently dealing with visa processing Dubai, be clear that the ultimate purpose is job hunt.
  2. If you’re moving through a recruitment agency, avoid contacting the employers directly. The agency does most of the initial work such as negotiating salary, housing and transportation, travel expense and other such so you should specify all this directly to the agency.
  3. Be prepared for multiple telephonic interviews. This isn’t entirely new but quite an effective technique to screen potential employees before inviting them personally for a meeting. Potential applicants will be questioned about their expected salary, designation and other basics before face-to-face interview session. Also note that final recruitment isn’t through telephonic interview but tests and personal meetings are crucial.
  4. If the position demands stability, long-term stability, managing a large and diverse workforce while offers a handsome salary, negotiate a visit to the country to check credibility factor of the organisation. You may request a friend or family member residing in the UAE to learn about the company’s background. If you’re visiting ultimately, it’ll be easier to determine the environment of both the country and organisation before concluding whether it’s wise to move or not. The UAE natives are quite cautious about their cultural and religious norms so pay respect to the norms!
Conclusion Provide basic details as early as possible to the recruitment agency. Housing, transportation, salary negotiation and work visa requirements are some of the finest examples of basic requisites. If you’ve a family, bring them along as living solo in the country can be difficult especially for those accustomed to a joint family system. Stick to the above details and you’ll soon land a perfect employment opportunity!
