In the last 15 years I have encountered various challenges both known and unknown which have
acted as a roadblock and stopped me from moving ahead. The roadblocks have been in terms of
moving across different cities in every 3 years, adjusting to new cultures and more importantly
leaving old ones after having adjusted to them and finding my comfort zone. There have also been
days where challenges faced were beyond control like making ends meet and getting bullied which I
still believe is an issue that needs attention from the society.
The only way I have been able to overcome the challenges I have faced is by not giving up and face
them instead of running away from it. I have always been committed to perform wherever I go to
the best of my abilities making most use of resources at my disposal. Such commitment has not only
helped me adapt to new cultures but also win over people which helped turn a roadblock into an
advantage.
In addition, I have always made it a point to live up to my values. I believe these values has not only
helped me mould into the person I am but also helped me distinguish between the right and the
wrong. The value of Integrity has helped me do the right thing even when no one watches me, and I
believe by doing so I have always been successful in what I do and more importantly confident about
myself. Through my commitment, passion and integrity I have been able to navigate through all my
challenges and achieve my ambitions in life so far.
