IIM Bodh Gaya Final Placements 2022 - Highest CTC At INR 30.5 LPA

IIM Bodh Gaya has successfully completed its Final Placements of MBA for the batch of 2020-2022. Despite the pandemic and a slowed-down economy, the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya boasted a 100% placement for its diverse batch of 2020-2022. The team complemented the vast diversity of the batch with 100 organizations across different domains and profiles. 1. The highest CTC offered was INR 30.5 LPA, which is a 73% increase from last year.
2. The average CTC offered was INR 12.36 LPA, which is a 24% increase from last year.
3. The average fixed package offered was INR 10.45 LPA.
4. The median CTC offered was INR 12 LPA, which is a whopping 33% increase over the previous year.

IIM Bodh Gaya Final Placements 2022 - Offers Breakdown

Several prominent recruiters from across the country like Amazon, BNY Mellon, McKinsey & Co, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte were proudly hosted, while a significant number of content first-time recruiters were also efficiently onboarded. Some of these organizations included Crompton Greaves, Berger Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Cognizant, Accenture, HDFC Bank, ICICI Securities, TATA AIG, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Hindalco Industries, Dalmia Bharat Group, Emami Agrotech, among several others.

IIMBG has completed its final placement process for the sixth batch of its flagship two-year MBA Programme. "The companies offered lucrative opportunities to students with an average package of 12.36 LPA with the highest package at 30.50 LPA, which exceeded the previous placement season by 24.49% and 73.41%, respectively", said Dr Vinita Sahay. IIM Bodh Gaya once again achieved 100% placement in this pandemic affected season. She further added that the Institute witnessed participation from many first-time recruiters making double-digit offers to our students this year.
