Indian Institute of Management Raipur is organizing 2nd HR Summit & International Conference on August 21-22, 2015 in Raipur on “Emerging Challenges for HR: VUCA Perspective”. VUCA has become a popular managerial acronym that describes volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of general conditions and situations. Today's turbulent environment of VUCA means new challenges for leaders. The contemporary business organizations have been characterized by changes in demographics, customer profile, technology, and innovations. The growing business complexities and changes at various levels in the organizations have triggered business leaders to find out more innovative ways to lead change in the VUCA world. Through this Summit & International Conference we intent to provide a platform for deliberations on best practices, experience sharing, and cross-fertilization of ideas so as to succeed in a VUCA environment. Over top 35 HR Directors and Vice-Presidents from MNCs, Public and Private sectors will address the two day Summit which is likely to see participation by over 300 delegates from different parts of the country.
