IIM Sambalpur has completed final placement 2022 for the 6th MBA batch 2020-22, achieving yet again a 100% placement. IIM Sambalpur has registered a 12.68% rise in average salary which has gone up at Rs.12.64 LPA, and a 10.33% rise in median salary which has gone up at Rs.11.42 LPA with zero opt-outs. With more than 65% of the batch opting for firms in IT and BFSI which emerged as the most sought-after sectors, followed by Consulting and Manufacturing. The final placement process for IIM Sambalpur witnessed more than 100 recruiters, out of which around 50% were first time participants to find the greatest talent available on campus.
