If I have to describe Prof. Janat Shah as a leader, I will be very proud to quote the lines said by John C. Maxwell: “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way”.

People may have a lot of answers for this question, but most of us will agree that it’s “the students” who represent and define an educational institute in the best way. The image of a management school can be best seen as the quality of its students. IIMU might be in its nascent stage, still, it has one of the best and diversified alumni network spread across the world. It’s not only the alumni network, but the current students also represent almost every part of the country. Despite such diversity, the student community is a closely-bonded group of interesting personalities.
At last, IIM ‘U’ is unique in every aspect one can think of and ‘U’ in IIMU represents ‘Unity’, ‘Unique’ & ‘Unstoppable’.

Given a chance to work for such a prestigious business group, I will like to work for Idea Cellular. Indian telecom industry is on an all-together different path. It has become more competitive and challenging than it ever was. I think by working in such a competitive and challenging environment, I can gain a great experience that can help me to become more competitive.
In addition to these, I think this industry will see a lot of disruptions in the coming future and Idea Cellular will be among the most important contributors to these disruptions. Working for such a great firm is itself a privilege for any management graduate.
