One such instance was when I entered mine under graduation. I was always involved with my studies and a restricted group of friends. I was a bit introvert however I knew I had to change this. So, I started volunteering and participating in different events. This helped me work on my people skills as well as my personality. I eventually became the Vice President of a committee named “Walk With World” that organized personality development sessions for the first year and second-year students. It also provided me with a platform to face my stage fear. I had to deliver a speech in front of more than two thousand students. It is said that when you want to pursue your hobby as a profession one is met with multiple challenges. I have always been passionate about photography. During my final year of engineering, I initiated my own photography firm under the name “Kalopsia-a photographic vision”. It was a difficult task to get clients initially. I had to do several free photoshoots to create a word of mouth and a portfolio to showcase my work. I advertised through social media channels and eventually started getting inquiries. Competing with established photographers was a tough task. But with perseverance and hard work, I was able to do more than 60 shoots within one year. We can never face the exhilaration of victory until we accept the challenges.
