It is not possible to be a citizen of India and to not know about Aditya Birla Group. In some way or the other, it has had an impact in our life. I personally can name at least 4 ways in which my life has been directly associated with Aditya Birla Group whether it be in the sphere of fashion or utilities. The Aditya Birla Group is the world's largest producer of viscose staple fibre as well as carbon black. Brands like Forever 21, Allen Solly and Van Heusen have been a staple in my wardrobe for years now. They have a large and diverse presence in every industry be it cement or textiles or telecom services or insurance.
PART B
One obstacle that I have faced throughout my life has been, to put it very simply, toxic people. This breed of people can be found in every aspect of your life, be it school, college or even your neighbourhood. There has always been an abundance of people wanting to tear me down for the smallest of acts. The speciality that they possess is the ability to demean even your achievements. The one way that I chose to deal with it is being self aware and knowing exactly why I take any decision. You do not owe them any explanations. However, If you can answer all of their questions to yourself then their words will have no effect on your ever. This leads me to another quality of mine that has helped me immensely in dealing with people like this. The ability to see the silver lining. No matter what anyone says to me, I’ll find the positive in it and hold on to it with all my might irrespective of the negatives.
