I have stayed in different places since childhood. Adaptability was never a choice for me, it was a necessity. There was a lot to learn in the different environments, primarily patience, to understand people and culture. Eventually people and culture broadened my perspective to work in groups and bring in new ideas. I did face challenges to realize what career I want to pursue and I am still in the process of exploration because of my curiosity to learn. I did my civil engineering in Bangalore and then continued with my first year project after college in Nagpur before joining PGDM course in TAPMI. Interest in learning about the different fields and the experience I gained in the process are the two primary strengths that got me to where I am today. Being a fresher, the practical exposure I have is very less compared to my fellow classmates but my flexibility to adapt and learn has always helped me in implementing the tasks given as a group or an individual. After the internship in an IT company, I realized how the corporate world looks like and overcame few challenges when it came to managing my time and incorporated the inputs of my industry mentors. I am still optimistic about working in any field or sector since every sector has its own challenges that can increase the interest and experience that every individual already has within them. ABG Leadership programs like Group Internship Program (GIP), Leadership Associate Program (LEAP), and Leadership Program for the Experienced (LEAD), Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) and Finance Leadership Program (FLP) uphold the vision and values of ABG and build on their most important asset-people, to make them capable to conquer the challenges that come their way.
