Ambition is a strong desire to do or achieve something you want in life. To achieve one’s ambition, it is very important to sort short term goals in life. Every goal would come along with an array of landmines, which are short term problems and hinderances. Challenges make us better and help us overcome hinderances. I aspire to become a successful HR. Efficient public speaking is one of the leading factor determining a success of any profession. I knew I was good at articulating and communicating when it comes to one on one conversation. But addressing a huge audience had always been something I wanted to work on and excess at. To tackle this issue, I have joined Public Speaking Club in my Business school and the journey so far has been full of learning. It has definitely led to better results in terms of my personality and especially my public speaking. The journey definitely was not a cakewalk. I faced a lot of situations wherein I fumbled and faced a black out during my speeches. But nonetheless, it only made things better. I now can address an audience confidently. Thus my experience makes me understand that it is only a small push that is needed from one’s end to kickstart the journey and then the outcomes would fall in place with time. Even if one fails in between, there will definitely be a learning that comes along with it. So the moral is to never give up and keep moving irrespective of whatever.
