How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
I have always been a very innovative and out of the box thinker all my life. I had to take a drop year in between my engineering because of backlogs and was broken down for a moment like everything in my life had ended. No one who knew me could believe that I had failed and I had never faced this in my life. Still I decided to make most of the time I had. I gathered myself together in a week and decided to learn digital marketing as I was very inclined to learning marketing. I cleared all my backlogs in one go and completed a digital marketing course with certification from Google, Facebook and V-skills. As I had 6 more months I started a internship at Talerang. I was working on branding and marketing for the start-up and did so well at my start-up that I was recommended for the Aditya Birla Group Internship program in the Young Talent Management Team under Pooja Agarwal. I designed an Engineering Internship Program for 12 Engineering colleges across India and also created a series of Social media challenges for 72 MBA GIP interns. I used my drop year as a opportunity to learn, explore and find what I am good at. I turned my disadvantage to an advantage and achieved my goal to get into a premier MBA college and do what I love.
