Why Aditya Birla is big in my life ?

I also had the privilege to visit Grasim Industries, Harihar during my 2nd year of Chemical Engineering. I was amazed to witness the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in safety and quality. The industrial visit was well organized and the manager who was inducting us explained about various aspects of the working of the industry which stirred more interests among our classmates. It was our 1st industry visit but was one of the most enriching experience. Our learnings from it helped us understand our subjects in a better way. When I joined my workplace, I always preferred eating homecooked food. I would always use Frewshwrapp Aluminum Foil of ABG to keep my food clean and fresh.

DIFFICULTIES THAT I HAVE OVERCOME IN MY LIFE
I had dependably been a held child since my youth, reluctant to convey what I wanted to say. Top everything, I likewise stammered while talking which exacerbated my condition. This diminished my confidence and it started to become difficult for me to make friends due to my confidence issue. I remember during my 12th farewell, every student who studied from Nursery till 12th std
was asked to come up on stage for a picture. The thought of even standing on the stage gave me chills down my spine. As my teacher insisted, I had to go on stage but those 5 minutes were like the worst 5 minutes of my life. But that incident changed something in me. I realized that this is something that needs to be considered seriously. I always had plans to pursue an MBA degree. But for an MBA graduate, communication and networking skills were vital. I contemplated internally that I have to change this shortcoming of mine. I advised myself that 'Change comes from within'. When I joined my engineering college, I was new to the place. I realized that I didn’t know anybody so I can make an imprint without having any hindrances. I proactively started volunteering to work on presentations whenever our faculty asked, took part in our college band and dramatics group to overcome stage fear, started looking for any and every opportunity to work on my communication skills. I started getting recognized for my oratory skills. But I wasn’t satisfied. I had made decent progress in my communication skills yet I had a long way to go. I understood the challenge is harder in the outside world. I likewise expected to work upon my social/organizing aptitudes.
During the Navratri 2016, I was on a trip to Ahmedabad where I got an opportunity to interact with the Area Manager of Wrigley East Africa organization. He was my kindred traveler so to kill time we began discussing my vocation yearnings, shortcomings and how I wasn't successful in beating them. That is the point at which he recommended me to join Toastmasters to beat my dread of not being able to be confident enough. Joining Toastmasters changed my life as a miracle. I began winding up progressively sure and had the option to blend more with individuals. At first I needed to drive myself to escape my casing to interact with individuals,
however inevitably it resembled a cakewalk for me. Now, I am able to communicate and make friends easily when contrasted with previously. I could successfully host events and give seminars/workshops at my workplace addressing a 250+ audience. I’m extremely proud of myself for completely transforming myself in a positive way. The ‘never give up’ attitude and perseverance has helped me overcome my shortcoming. Learning is a continuous process and I know I still have a long way to go. I am on a continuous lookout to improve my communication and social skills. Today, I love the person I’ve become because I worked to become her. I firmly believe that one should always try to become a better version of themselves and try to overcome every shortcoming of theirs.
