The name Aditya Birla Group resonates with everyone living in India, not only because it is India’s one of the largest conglomerates but because it enjoys brand loyalty from its customer in multiple countries. As a business house, it has five core principle namely Integrity, Commitment, Passion, Seamlessness and Speed. All these qualities resonate with me.   Aditya Birla Group has touched everyone’s life from a farmer to an industrialist not only in India but 33 other countries. My relationship with ABG is long-lived. From childhood until now, I have used its products and services. From my house, apparel, investment ABG is linked. Ultratech cement is synonymous with quality. My dad built me a playroom using Hindalco industries asbestos and is still one of the favorite places I like to be in, countless memories are associated with it. Almost all my shopping needs are met from Lifestyle and Pantaloons which are not only convenient and economical but also offers a wide variety of brands and options for our endless shopping needs. Van Heusen and Louis Phillipe is my go-to brand for power dressing, nothing beats the comfort it offers along with the quality which is at par with almost all the competitor. Even while writing the article I am wearing an Allen Solly shirt. Adding to the never-ending list comes Idea which provided one of the affordable data-call plans so that I had to never worry about the utility derived from it. ABG also owns the supermarket and hypermarket chain More. ABG brands span from 'Roti, KapdaMakaan aur Wifi' to other numerous necessities. How can one ever forget the magnanimously beautiful temple covered in white marble, one can easily spend a day watching the sheer beauty of it. Indeed, ABG is ‘big in our life’.

Being such a big conglomerate, ABG faces a lot of challenges. In my life, I have also faced numerous challenges, overcame a few and got defeated in the others but the Never give up attitude kept me going.   I was the topper of my school from standard 5th till 10th which built a huge expectation of my parents on me getting into the IIT’s. I worked hard to convert a good college in engineering but could not convert the revered IIT/NIT and realizing your parents are dissatisfied and unhappy is the worst feeling one can have, that was the day I decided I will emerge victorious from this condition whatever be the challenges. I started my hustle along with continuing my extra co-curricular activities, participated in many events and won most of them, along with studies. At the end of my graduation, I got placed into a reputed company. I realized that hard work, hustle and determination pays off. I was still not satisfied and wanted to do an MBA so started managing office work and studies together. It became highly hectic for me to balance both. There were days at work where I worked for 14 hours a day, I used to get frustrated. Realizing, negative attitude won’t help I planned the last few days before the CAT exam well and after a lot of hard work got into an institute of national importance.   All these events made me reflect that life will be full of challenges, but one must keep his calm, think critically before taking any action that’s the beauty of life. Always strive for excellence in following your passion, be committed to it and throughout this process never lose integrity and speed.  'The struggle you are in TODAY is developing the strength you need for TOMORROW, DON'T GIVE UP' - Robert Tew
