India points to the development disparity in climate talks
Indian Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar claimed that developed countries were refusing to shoulder the required responsibility for reduction in emissions and were trying to shift focus on developing countries instead. Talking about the draft released in the on-going Paris Climate Summit, India found support in Brazil and South Africa.
