Nexus is an initiative taken up by
IMI, New Delhi with the core purpose of helping aspirants who wish to become business professionals by joining premier B-schools in and around the country, get all the necessary assistance and the much needed guidance for their long road ahead. The latest iteration is all set to be conducted in the month of January 2019.
We run through our lives with incomplete information, guessing and at times, second guessing our choices. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to arrive to the conclusion that no one likes to have regrets. And to make sure regret is but a distant comet you see every 70 odd years, what you need is credible information.
Having realized the need for such guidance before the final take off, we took the decision to guide our to-be peers in the corporate world. We understand the chaos that a contemporary MBA aspirant carries in his brain and we assume it to be our responsibility to make the external factors a little more clear for the students.
The solution is simple, Nexus. Nexus is the connection we offer you, over the course of one session of hearty conversations, to address some of the queries you might have about choosing a career in management.
Firstly, Nexus aims at addressing all management education related queries. Secondly, the sessions have been designed to give aspirants a brief but all-encompassing look into the day-to-day activities typically found in every management student’s life. Lastly, there are a lot of paths branching out from within management programs and every individual is drawn to a very different aspect of the program. We will help identify and categorize the various avenues that are set to open up for students, subsequently helping to prepare and equip them to best tackle the path they wish to pursue.
