I had to face a lot of obstacles and challenges throughout my life. Some of them include my really bad diet and hence the obesity and fat along with being overweight.
I would like to say that We all face obstacles in our lives. Some of them are much bigger than others. But they are all obstacles. The truth is you can overcome any obstacle in your life. You just need to know how.
You need to focus on your abilities instead of focusing on the obstacle.
I made a pact with myself that I would be going Vegan and Gluten Free and I am proud that I am still following this until today. I was 83 kg when I joined the Gym and I am 61 kg now with less than 15% body fat.
This event alone boosted my confidence in life and I felt that nothing is impossible truly. The discipline and self control that I possess are really helping me in all facets of my life to be a better person.
