Studying in a top b-school was my dream from the past 4 years. I used to feel bad that I missed studying for my Graduation from a coveted b-school. From past 3 years, I was having a go at the entrance exams with little or no preparation because of work-hours of almost 12 hours at Aricent Technologies. I moved out of Aricent Technologies just to get 3-4 hours leisure time per day and the weekend just for preparation. The continuous effort of 4 hours at least per day has landed me into my dream of being In an elite b-school.
I still remember the day I was at the college for CD/PI process. I still remember the awe I was in when I entered the campus. Tables and chairs neatly arranged in the atrium outside, and the capsule-like lifts taking people to the top of the sprawling building. The sheer magnificence of the structure. To be frank I always envisioned a b-school with at least 150 acres of campus. But here I have none. But still, I don’t feel the regret because the building compensates this with its sheer beauty. It’s like a modern art.
Even in the limited space available, we see how it is very well utilized. Even a movie theatre cannot match the design of the auditorium. I think even IMAX can’t reach the auditorium’s flooring quality. If we talk about food, we can easily say that we don’t miss our homes. The quality and the taste of the food is such. It’s no less than a 5-star all cuisine restaurant. The 5-star quality of the food is provided at an unbelievable low cost. The recreation area is another great spot in the campus.
If it comes to learning, it is one of the very rare campuses that have Bloomberg terminals to learn about financial markets. It has got a sprawling library with an immense collection of books on varied topics. Multi-layered security for entering and leaving the campus make the campus unique. All in all, it’s a privilege to be on such a campus and pursue my education at such a place.

Aditya Birla Group is one of the top 3 conglomerates in India. Its businesses include financial services to fashion. It has an employee base of 1,20,000. Who doesn’t want to work on such a big conglomerate where the chances are unlimited. To be at a managerial level at such a company gives you immense pride and knowledge which we can use for life.
Aditya Birla Group gives so much importance to the employee and their talent, by rewarding them appropriately and creating platforms to showcase the same as Reprison. If I get a chance to work for the group, I would love to work for idea cellular. This would align me to the knowledge that I possessed as electronics and communications engineer and my experience as an embedded engineer for networking devices.
Working for the Indian conglomerate will give me job satisfaction and would give me an opportunity to proudly say to the world that I work for Aditya Birla Group.
