Aditya Birla Group is a name in itself. The way it has been deeply incorporated in our lives is unimaginable. From the days of childhood till today, the brand has been able to create a lot of difference. I could remember the excitement of my first home, the basis of the home base was kept on UltraTech cement. Little did I know at that point of time that Aditya Birla group products will become a necessary element in day to day happenings. A lot of times my only catchphrase was “What an Idea Sir ji!” and probably this was the one I used for almost every single thing. Idea with one of the best networks helped me being connected to my near and dear ones. Fashion has been an inseparable part of my life. From formals to casuals, Aditya Birla fashion and retail have always given me the space to find the best for me. The brands like Allen Solly and Van Heusen have always made me feel confident about myself and have helped me look professional. On the other hand, Pantaloons has always been my favorite place for the casual apparel needs. While researching for this, I was a bit surprised as to how many of the brands I use and adore were part of the mighty ABG. MORE supermarket which is the nearest to my place is one of the frequently visited stores by me. All my grocery needs are taken care of it. With Birla life insurance in place, I am assured of my future as well. ABG has covered my needs, ranging from the trivial one like groceries to the insurance plan. ABG has set a benchmark of what it takes to be a multinational giant, which is evident from the way they have explored the human needs and spread their products. Not only in India but to the outside world as well, ABG brands are the known ones. It is a dream of aspirants to be a part of such an esteemed organization and work for it.
How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far.
“Don’t limit your challenges, Challenge your limits”. And this is exactly how I have been able to sail through in my times of difficulty. Life doesn’t give you everything on your plate, you are required to fight for your share. From the childhood, I have been a dedicated person to my work. I respect hard work and value it. But often times, the hard work doesn’t pay off and surrenders itself in front of destiny. While I was in my graduation, I had dreams of pursuing MBA from a premier B-school immediately after the completion of the course. However, the hard work also did not support since I had to take up a job to support my financial needs for sometimes and I had to keep my dream aside. Although my job was well paid, it kept striking in mind that I require to be somewhere else. I did not compromise either and strove hard to achieve my ambition. Someone has rightly said If you are calm about your ambitions, you become confident of achieving what you set out to do. I worked with my organization for close to 4 years, but never imagined of leaving my dream in the middle. Perseverance is what has kept me alive with my dreams and I have been finally able to achieve what I dreamt of years back. Achieving your ambition takes courage and to reach this level, one needs to challenge their limits. Sometimes when I look back, I feel proud of my journey- from being a dreamer to finally realizing those dreams, it was all worth it. However, this wouldn’t have been achieved without courage, blessings, peer & family’s support and of course Luck!
