In Search of Excellence will help the students who are keen to make a mark in the competitive world of management. The authors have researched more than 43 companies to discover the art of management and have beautifully depicted it in this book.
4. The Fifth Discipline
Author - Peter Senge
The book highlights how companies can get rid of the learning “disabilities” that in the long run, threaten their productivity. The book shows how companies can adopt plans in which new patterns of thinking are nurtured and how people create results they truly desire.
