On the very first time when I entered the IIFT campus for orientation on 25
th June I was greeted by the ‘Wings of Wisdom’ which is the symbol of knowledge. Seeing it spontaneously inspired me to stretch to new heights. The campus is at a unique place in Qutub Institutional Area with Sanjay Van opposite to it and the view of the Qutub Minar visible from some rooms. The campus is green and its close proximity to Sanjay Van makes the IIFT campus a protective pollution free bubble in one of the most polluted city of the world. Post orientation the real fun started when our first interaction with seniors started.
In my short stay at the IIFT campus, my most memorable moments were the sudden sessions with the seniors. These sessions were designed to mould my personality to face the rigours of the corporate world. It makes me ready to expect anything at any time. In this short period of time that I have spent here have been the most rigorous, busy as well as the most productive time which I have ever spent in my life. Seniors have been very approachable and helpful. Frequent interactions with seniors have been great as they guide us from their own experiences and mistakes and give us their blunt and honest feedback to us so that we make all the right decisions.
The life as a whole in IIFT campus makes it a unique, whether it be the fun parties, the teachers, the assignments, the pedagogy everything makes it a unique place to live and study in. Each and every one of these experiences has been compounded by the new friends which I have made here. Every experience shared with them is an unforgettable moment like sharing a plate of food because there just isn’t enough time left, or waking each of one us so that we reach to lectures in time, or the late-night group projects which needs to be submitted before the deadline.
In a short time, this campus has become my home and its students my family. Hoping to learn a lot and make more beautiful memories here.

Which ABG company would I want to work and why?
If I were given a chance to work in one of the ABG company, I would choose Aditya Birla Capital. This company manages assets worth Rs. 2.46 trillion as of March 2017. It has a strong presence at life insurance, asset management, private equity, corporate lending, structured finance and many more financial services. It would be my utmost pleasure to be part of such a dynamic company. I will choose it because of my interest in finance domain and also, I myself have invested in one of the mutual fund managed by this company, so working here will let me practice what I preach.
