This was the time when I was confused for my future; I did not know what to do and what not to, all my previous plans were sounding vague to me. But something I had decided since my childhood that I have to own a restaurant and as I grow, this vision becomes more clear and firm. I completed my BSC in Hospitality and Administration in 2014. I started working for Flipkart in the same year, why I was working in Flipkart after graduating in Hotel Management is a question I suffer the most but that all together is a different story. This story is all about how I realized that I have to work harder and in follow a correct streamline. This was a time when I had worked for 2 years 7 months and I had a sound capital to start a food truck with one of my friend Krishna, he is collage mate and roommate with whom I had planned to open a restaurant but when the time came he back stepped and told me that he is not ready now he has some family problems.
This was a time when I left alone I never thought of restaurant or food truck alone, at the same time I thought it's high time now and I had to take the first step for my vision otherwise it'll be too late. So I took charge and start planning for food truck alone. I started researching and got the idea of a small experiment, to prepare veg burgers at room and try to sell on the roadside.
Now there were multiple challenges like where to put it, how to sell, pricing, recipe, quantity. I took all the challenges with enthusiasm and finally sold 8 out of 30 burgers on the first day. I continued this for two more times then I gave some time to think about my weakness and strength, and I realized that I have to learn management if I have to get into this business in large scale. Form there I decided to do an MBA and got Selected for IIM Rohtak.
