Being a Civil Engineer and coming from a middle-class background, Ultratech cement came to the rescue to build my father's dreamhouse beautifully before his retirement. As a part of my job as a civil engineer, I have used UltraTech cement for building bridges, roads, and other infrastructure. Saving for the future has been the motto of every middle-income family household. Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual fund was the first mutual fund I invested after I started earning. Aditya Birla has been there for the smallest occasion for my largest life.
My journey to overcoming my struggles!
"Your life is your message to the world. Make sure it's inspiring." Post-graduation, I worked as a Civil Engineer. Construction sector as a whole is quite unorganized, wherein L&T, the largest and most profitable organization, has faced several issues consolidating project for timely completion and quality construction. After 18 month stint, seeing the limited, timely growth opportunity within the sector, and seeing gaps in the strategic planning of the work, I decided to pursue management to gain existing knowledge and bridge gaps in the existential structure of working. I decided to pursue management to gain the required knowledge to identify and solve the required organizational problems in the construction sector. The issue was preparing for CAT examination along with the present working condition at site wherein I had no proper timings and schedule. My colleagues acted as a source of inspiration in imitating real-life scenarios of the quantitative equations to provide a better understanding of my weaknesses. They also supported me in preparation by providing enough time off-site timings so that I can prepare in solace. As rightly said, the best participation requires the best of preparation and its environment. The difficult task was to choose between proper and excellent working and preparation of CAT 2018. Hence, as rightly said that dreams keep you awake was experienced to a larger extent, which resulted in me making to this prestigious institution for learning and overall development. At last, I'll wish to thank my team at the workplace and my family to help with pursuing this dream. I will always be thankful to my peers and seniors at IIM Nagpur for the security it provided me as a family.
