With 120,000 employees belonging to 42 nationalities, the conglomerate has a strong focus on creating the best work with value creation. Aditya Birla has a global presence in a variety of sectors metals, textiles, carbon black, telecom and cement. Great business is built on a strong foundation of employees, ideas and a lot of hustle. Aditya Birla shows all that in the way they conduct their work. The brand value of the company and the recognition it has achieved is a well-known fact. They have stayed true to their commitment of delivering great quality, unique designs and at the same time focusing on the social aspects of life and dealing with the quality of time. The group has also stayed true to all the brands they launch or acquire. For fashion they have brands like Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England, Forever 21, Pantaloons etc. Their commitment to fashion and also their philanthropist nature drew a unique feature about them. It shows the best example of when you have gained enough, you should always give back to society as they need it more. As a B.com student I was very much passionate about the economic value which a company can provide. When you buy a product, you think about how that brand is impacting your life and the life of others around you. I always preferred forever 21 as my go to option for shopping. I would spend hours there selecting clothes and trying to look the best. The clothes are more in the range of affordable and in the sale season I could easily buy few pieces. Forever 21 as a brand has been a staple for me throughout college life and the further interview process. I bought my branded clothes from Forever 21, my first formals from Van Heusen and my first kurti from pantaloons. The Aditya Birla group indirectly has given me the confidence to carry myself. The formals gave me the confidence to sit for the interview process of the great b-schools and project my best foot forward. After getting into my choice of B-college I realised that confidence is the key to fight the battle of everyday life. To strive among such a huge talent of students across India, i needed to work the hardest I could. And the clothing from these brand s has given me that. Even after admissions Van Heusen and Allen Solly are a staple for formals because as a MBA student we need to wear formals a lot.  I learned throughout my first and I am still learning in the second year, making myself ready for corporate life. Confidence is the key to success and Aditya Birla as a company has given that to me through its clothing. I strive to be a better person everyday and Aditya Birla helps me indirectly everyday.
