PART A:
Aditya Birla Group is a part of our everyday life and we have reached a point where we cannot neglect it. We got to take a minute to appreciate the amenities being provided by them. Say for example I purchase all my casuals from Pantaloons and even if there are so many other similar shops I cannot ignore to go have a visit at least once before buying the clothes from another store. So anytime I want to buy clothes I first go to pantaloons and only then continue with my shopping. The main reason why I visit there often is because of their trending collections, cheap rates, and service. I like how their constantly updated with the trends and wishes of the customers and are able to deliver the same at such low costs. Not only that since I am a loyalty program customer I get certain extra offers and points and can avail them whenever I go the next time. The brand quality that ABG provides with Van Heusen, Peter England, Allen Solly, and Louis Philippe is next to none. These brands cover the entire customer classes. Also, if I go in once I can come back with a variety of products and not only clothes. Other brands of ABG are also quite triggering to buy and I have also visited a few and loved the quality of their products. Same applies to other brands as well. On a whole ABG never fails to satisfy their customers and I cannot imagine my day to day life without them being a part of it. I love their goods and would always want to travel with them and enjoy their services. It may not be a big impact but it surely is an effective one.
PART B:
Constant personal development along with my peers and undertaking new challenges has always my motto. With the competition in our country and normality being the common content for every person, to excel in what you do is a hard thing. To achieve this I need to get a very good job which needs to give me my job satisfaction, complements my career growth and also pays me well. The major challenges I faced in acquiring a good job was to find my path, the right path that provides me what I need. I started exploring tonnes of jobs when I was in my college which will expose me to a new challenging environment. After studying in mechanical and securing good scores, I settled in an IT job, an entirely different domain. All odds were against me to perform well in the organization as I had no prior coding background. I took my job seriously, did not want to lose hope, and worked on myself and my knowledge to excel in it. With constant efforts, I finished my on-the-job training as a ‘High Performer’ earning a one-time bonus and a monthly incentive. I understood I belonged to the management side of the business and the interest in the administrative side grew up on me. The main challenge was to manage both my job and my preparations to do an MBA by clearing my CAT. It was quite hectic. Sometimes very hectic especially on the weekends as I had a lot of workload from my office too. I pushed through the extra mile and somehow managed to prepare for what I needed the most and cleared my exam with a 95 percentile.
