What To Do?

1) Make sure you have all the documents with you at least 2 days in advance. Leaving these things for the last day creates unnecessary hassle and stress.

2) Synchronize your sleep cycle according to the slot that you have for CAT. This will ensure that you give your best performance on the day of CAT.

3) Analyse all your mocks and doubts you have had earlier. Finish this off 2 days before CAT. Leave nothing for the last day.

4) If you have any habit of listening to songs while solving problems, smoking, drinking water continuously, etc. learn how to stay away from this for 3 hours straight. Give the last few mocks as if its the real CAT. Try giving it in the same slot as your actual CAT. This will help you as a trial run.

5) If you face any problems physically or mentally reach out to your seniors, teachers, friends, parents.

6) Have a positive attitude for the exam. Things will automatically fall in place.

What Not To Do?

1) Talk with people who have a negative attitude or are trying to push you down. Avoid such people.

2) Think about what is going to happen on the CAT day. A thousand scenarios will come in your mind and most probably you will be thinking of the worst scenario.

3) Do anything stupid that can not only affect CAT but also your future.

4) For afternoon slot people: Don't read the analysis of the morning slot. Most of the times the trends in the morning slot are not seen in the afternoon slot. This would only create nervousness and anxiety for you, and not help you in any way.

5) Go into a negative loop after a mock. Understand last few mocks will be tough. They are designed that way so that you don't become overconfident. Talk with the faculty and analyse those mocks. Anything can happen on CAT day.

6) Get overconfident/complacent. Don't think of giving up. You have been through months of rigorous training. Understand that it will always help and it is going to bring positive results.

All the Best!!
