Aditya Birla Group’s presence in every aspect of our life
Everyone knows or at least acknowledge the presence of Aditya Birla group in our lives, founded since 1857 it is no newbie in the market but as a corporate giant in the world established as one of the leading conglomerates in the world and have a presence in Fortune 500 companies in the world. Unknowingly we might have an encounter with the products which we did not think is of the ABG Group that’s show the powerful presence of the group. From manufacturing necessities like aluminium to the important figure that helps to build the house, which is, cement. From helping people to be connected from their Vodafone idea network to their various clothing brands, you name it. They are everywhere and unknowingly it is just making your life simpler and efficient and spreading happiness as they go along.
My happiest memory with the brand is when my father decided to use ‘UltraTech Cement’ to build a house in Kandivali, Mumbai. At a plot, that my father bought in 2004. I was small at that time and I came to know about it when my father a few years back was going through some old documents. That’s it when I saw the invoice bill and other related documents that this trademarked brand was used in the walls of my sweet home, still standing strong as the brand promises to be, it’s just cannot get any better. The fashion group “Pantaloons” is where I mostly shop because of the reasonable price they have in accordance with the middle class and the quality they provide there is no competition. Not to mention the customer service is also up to the mark. So, always scoring high in people expectation toward the brand, as there is an expectation of class topper to top the class.
We all know until this point of time that life is not easy, it is never going to be easy. We will fail but only to learn from it and move on. We will fall but only to rise, every defeat should be taken on the chin and move on. Challenges are part of our life and a learning curve for many and you learn from the experiences to help you become a better person.
During the last year in my graduation, while I was studying my graduation subjects simultaneously I was preparing for MBA exams. At that time, it was quite challenging me to balance the two things at one time. It was quite exhausting mentally, to be honest, and many restless nights were put in to maintain the balance. However, as they say, you cannot keep your two feet’s in two different boats it was the case for me, as my MBA exams did not go quite well. I was disappointed because I worked quite hard for it but the product was not I wanted and showing the door to the reality not that everything goes according to the plan in your life. Therefore, I have to take this one on the chin and move on. My family provided me with the support that I wanted the most and I start preparing for the next year MBA exams. I have many exams and in the end, I was selected in one of the premier B-School of India which is Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Kolkata campus. I was really happy and delighted at that moment I was literally speechless and my parents said that they were really proud of me, for me this is one of the biggest achievement ever had to see that my parents were proud of me.
