Is ABG your first organization? If no, what sets it apart from the previous organizations you have worked for?
I had worked with TCS for about 9 months. Both the organizations are equally great in their own way and it is very hard to distinguish. The most unique thing I like about ABG is that the work never gets mundane and every day in the office you get something new to learn. ABG being such a grand conglomerate offers learning opportunities that are incomparable to elsewhere. The learning does not confine to a particular domain you are working in, for me say HR, but you can also get the chance to learn about cross-functional domains like marketing and operations.
Also, you are not confined to any particular and specific responsibilities. People are given the opportunity to work in different job roles as per their interest.
What do you like most about ABG group?
The entire career path of each employee is planned in the best way possible which cannot be found in any other organization that I know of. ABG toughens you for the career that lies ahead in every possible way. A very naïve and gullible person after spending a few years with ABG gets transformed and honed to be the best.
