But, being a hypocrite I would like to say that revenues and workforce are easily trumped by the impact they have on society and their goodwill. The amount of goodwill they have garnered over the years from people who are both their customers and not is reflected in their growth trajectory over the years.
With an extremely diversified portfolio even inadvertently we can't run a day in our lives without using some of their products and I mean it when I say that it is one of the most respected brands in the country. Being an ardent follower of the fashion industry I can't help but be a fan of the company which is most successful in building both an online and an extensive retail chain network. To be honest probably I'm also one of those millions of fans of Allen Solly, Vanheusen, Peter England, Louis Philippe and others. These brands had a special effect on me throughput my life and even now when I visit Shoppers Stop , my eyes are always attracted specially towards the Solly counter. Thus, as I said that clothing being a big part of my interests much of those interests have been fulfilled by Aditya Birla Group and that's the main reason I have such a predilection towards the company and all their clothing brands. they have such a wide portfolio of clothing options even within each brand which makes it possible to customize offerings for every type of fashion victim be it hippie styles or corporate casuals or full formals.
Last but the least, the beauty of the company rests on another pillar which is its unique CSR initiatives which they are doing much before the commencement of the Companies Act 2013. This goes to show their sense of paying their dues back to the society. Having received several accolades for their remarkably unique initiatives and continuous improvement in sustainability practices within the company they have really proved to be a trendsetter in achieving growth along with sustainability which is revered by both millennial and generation Z.
Overcoming Challenges
Some might say that a life without challenges might be boring but the greatest challenge I found within myself was that I didn't find any challenge in challenges. This might represent a lackadaisical persona and so was it because I wasn't serious enough in life to do something even though having a reverie of sublime aspirations of having penthouse in Manhattan. I feel prey to the ubiquitous 80-20 rule with the greatest challenge in my life which was not taking challenges. There were a few reasons for this complacence which is quite evident based on the symptoms. I lacked the will to do something good with my life rather than making rings. Just a year ago I decided to do something worthwhile with my life when I started to take care of my dwindling health and definitely my career which had gone haywire.
I had entered a wormhole wherein I had no aspirations about being successful professionally in life and getting out of these things is a real task which really subsumes reinvigorating your inner self which once had dreams and then were smoked into the lithosphere. But, I quite succeeded in my attempts and honestly I haven't fully recovered from that deadly decaying decadence of human capital still I've gained some perspective and results from my ongoing efforts.
Life is always full of challenges and in my mind I always had a dream but the dreams we have as children they start to fade away only because of lack of determination which goes on to be the biggest reason of human capital loss.
