CAT Study Planner
If you are a serious CAT aspirant , it's still possible to bell the CAT with high percentile in 5 months prep. I will help in designing the outline for your plan with the help of Facebook Cat Preparation Group and iQuanta such that you will be able to build your own strategies.
Note: The plan is strictly for serious aspirants aiming 99 + in CAT.
Now first, you need to evaluate yourself on how you can achieve 99, and there are two ways.
1) You are damn good at two of the sections, like Qa and Lrdi, OR VA and Lrdi, OR QA and VA, while average at the third one.
One example of CAT 15 :
QA : 99.7
LrDi : 99.9
VA : 88
Overall : 99.68 (IIM C)
2) You are equally good at all the three sections QA, LRDI and VA. (Balanced Prep)
With 97%le each in all the three sections will land you close to 99%le overall. And 99 in all three sections will land you more than 99.6 + overall.
So evaluate yourself, and then make a plan on these lines.
Considering you are working for 9 hours a day and 2 hours of travelling; 5 days a week, I have made a plan considering (9 A.M- 6 P.M ) as office time (shift your plan according to your timings)
You need to put at least 3 hours/Day in weekday and 10-12 hours /day in weekend.(Please change according to your requirement if you feel exhausted).
Plan is divided into 90 days of Study and 60 days of practicing and evaluating mocks. (90+60=150)
First I would recommend you to take at least 1 mock (say today) and do the thorough analysis. Pen down all your strengths and weakness and create your own Plan.
Following are the Important areas from each subject :
Quant chapters:
Approx number of Questions asked; Numbers (6-7), Geometry and mensuration (7-8),
Modern maths (6-7), Algebra (4-5), Arithmetic (5-6), Functions and inequalities (4-5)
(Considering you want to complete your portion in this order only; change if you wish to)
By the way, these numbers may vary every year, so never keep pre concieved notions about the exam.
Chapter Wise Plan: (Starting from 1st June )

2) Keep solving Questions from your materials and in case you get doubt, post in CAT Preparation group. Somebody will help, if no one helps then tag me I'll try to clear it.

Disclaimer:
This is the rough plan; one can definitely change according to one’s weakness and strengths. I would like to say that do not consider it full proof, it only helps you to drive your plan. Aim here is not to complete the portion but to have thorough conceptual knowledge. Considering the number of hours I mentioned can definitely change as per your wish but ensure that you cover the syllabus in defined period only. Please complete yourself within and not with others. Every time you take mock ensure you improve and do not take mocks unless thorough analysis of previous mock is complete. Give time and definitely you will see some progress. Keep developing shortcuts which can help you in exam to save time. Join iQuanta course for tricks/ shortcuts and understanding. It start from basics to a bit above CAT level (Third batch starting in June). Try experimenting with your mock paper say for ex. Try using elimination method while answering or using shortcut to see how much time is saved.
Work hard as much as you can. Work Hard Now to Enjoy Later !!
All the best.
