I always intent to work in a competitive environment. I was a Software Engineer in Infosys and has an experience of 2.8 years as an SAP Consultant. One of the biggest challenges that I faced in my life is getting into an IIM without impacting my work life and normal life. The challenge is all about balancing the time between them. I am very keen when it comes to time management which helped me to draft an optimal plan for my everyday life. When two things are important in life, we should not look for a trade off initially instead we should try to fit in our plan and analyze whether it works or not. Such a challenge that occurred to me is preparing for CAT as well as completing my core task assigned to me by my manager. Every day I failed miserably when I used to take mocks, but I won’t let it ruin my attention in work. Focus must be a key part. I used to do GYM between the work time and study time which helped me to replenish me mentally and thereby helped me to achieve my goal. During this journey I faced a lot of criticism, back lashes from manager, let down moments but its my confidence that boosted me at every stage which all together lifted me up here. No matter what one must not lose the GRIT and confidence at any part of time because is something that is stopping to move forward its not peoples its our own FEAR. Overcoming that at every stage is one my biggest challenge that I faced, facing will face throughout my life. #IIMRaipur #ABGLPWooMe #WeAreReady #RiseAboveFear
